How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned.  You must return the item within 30 days of purchase.  Upon determining in that you want to return your item, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our office by phone (877-908-3790) or by email
  2. Explain the reason for the return: damaged, unwanted, wrong item, or not what expected.
  3. One of our representatives will advise you how to return your item, depending on how it was delivered to you.  For example, if your item was shipped via UPS, then we will request that it is returned by the same carrier.
  4. Please return all original documents (manuals, certificates of calibration, MSDS sheets, and packing list), and if possible, return item in original box.

Return Exceptions

Any item that has obvious wear but is still in workable condition and is returned will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to an 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund original shipping and handling fees.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.  If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason, your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

We use UPS for all domestic order.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with this information.

Shipping Rate

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and dimensions of the package your order is placed in as well as the location.  Before the final checkout, you will be shown your shipping rate.  On international orders, all duty and taxes are to by paid by the receiver.
